- Monument to Samuel Worcester (1770-1821), Corresponding Secretary, Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions. Reverend Worcester died while visiting Brainerd Mission, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Worcester's remains were moved to Harmony Grove cemetery in Salem, Massachusetts in 1844. Caption under photograph erroneously refers to Reverend Worcester as Head of the Mission. Photograph from one volume of eight scrapbooks compiled by E. Y. Chapin, Walter Cline, and Frank F. Stoops of the Chattanooga Half Century Club.
