- Images are: 1. Large group of picnickers, probably members of Highland Park Methodist Episcopal Church, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sarah Frances Pickens Stivers is the sixth person back on the left side; Bertha Stivers is behind Frances; Eva Newcomb (later Mrs. Winthrop Stivers) is behind Bertha 2. Three photographs and a homemade game, "Articles found in a work basket" with list of scrambled words (e.g. silk, buttons, embroidery); top photo is Arthur G. Stivers house at 303 (later 1603) Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee, the middle photograph is a row of houses and the bottom photograph is of Bertha Stivers; dated May 5, 1906 3. Group portrait probably of members of the Highland Park Methodist Episcopal Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Some of those pictured are Winthrop T. Stivers 2nd row, far right; Eva Newcomb (later Mrs. Winthrop T. Stivers) next to him; Sarah Frances Pickens Stivers 3rd row, 2nd from the right; Bertha Stivers back row, 5th from the right; Ruth Stivers front row, 2nd from the left. Photographs from a disassembled album, original order maintained. Contains local scenes and individuals as well as family trips showing Arthur G. Stivers, his wife Sarah Frances Pickens Stivers, older son Winthrop, younger son Frank, older daughter Bertha, and younger daughter Ruth, among others. The album consists of 42 sheets measuring 28 x 35 cm. (11 x 13 3/4 in.). Many images are silvering out.
