New York Peace Monument erected in 1907 as part of Point Park Monument has statues of 2 men, 1 Confederate, 1 Federal, shaking hands. Point Park is part of the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, created by Act of Congress in 1890 and dedicated in 1895. 00005913 mounted on verso. Printing on front of each card. "Stokes" in right lower corner of card no. 2
