- Photo shows entrance to Orchard Knob from the inside looking out, corner of Ivy Street and Orchard Knob Avenue. Several houses in background. Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park was created by Act of Congress in 1890 and dedicated in 1895. Orchard Knob added to the Park in 1894. The majority of the Park lies in Catoosa and Walker Counties, Georgia with some sections on Lookout Mountain and in Chattanooga, Tennessee. 00005885 mounted on verso, photo has a black line running top to bottom on the right side.
