The majority of the park is located in Catoosa and Walker Counties, Georgia, but some sections are on Lookout Mountain, Tennessee while others are in and around Chattanooga, Tennessee. Printed on postcard: "A Glimpse of the Battlefield Chickamauga, Chattanooga, Tenn." and "Published by T.H. Payne Co., Chattanooga, Tenn."
