- House used as one of Ulysses S. Grant's headquarters was located at 110 E. 1st Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee. House was built in the late 1830s, and owners included Jane C. Henderson and Thomas J. Lattner. Razed 1966. Originally published in Picturesque Chattanooga, Tennessee (Art Pub. Co., 1890). Caption reads: "Headquarters of Generals Grant, Sherman and Thomas."
